Returns Policy
Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
All items must be returned in new condition with any tags still attached. Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will credit your store account. Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your account. We can only credit/refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. If you require a refund rather than a store credit please make a note of that on the copy of the invoice that you will include with the return.
Strap Warehouse reserves the right to refuse your return and/or charge a restocking fee. BioThane returns will be subject to a restocking fee of 35% for rolls less than 100’ and 15% for all others. Non-BioThane purchases will be subject to a restocking fee of 15%.
A copy of the original invoice must be included with the return.
All missing/damaged items must be noted within 24 hours via email to marlin@strapwarehouse.com
Domestic (USA) Shipping Policy
Orders are normally shipped the day after they are received provided the funds have been settled. Next day shipping is not guaranteed.
Backorders: In stock items will be sent right away. Backordered items will be held until they are all available to be shipped together. If a customer wants a backordered item before the rest arrive there will be a $7.00 shipping fee per shipment.
We are not able to accommodate order comments such as "Leave by front door" etc.
Strap Warehouse is not responsible for shipping delays. Shipping times such as 2nd Day or Next Day are not guaranteed. Strap Warehouse does not refund for deliveries that are past the expected delivery date. Choosing an expedited shipping option does not guarantee same day or next day shipping.
Strap Warehouse is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked as "Delivered."
International Shipping Policy
International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes and brokerage fees.
International orders with backorders will be held until all items are available to be shipped together.
