Great Biothane
I love the Beta 520 Standard Biothane and use it for making dog collars and leashes. The Strap Warehouse carries a wide selection of colors and widths, ships quickly, and is very responsive to any questions I have.
Beta is a soft coating that has the look and feel of leather. It has a low gloss or dull appearance. It is soft and very flexible. The leather embossing gives it a leather look. It will hold its flexibility in very cold weather. Beta is a great choice for making dog collars, leads, waist belts, and equine tack.
This page offers Beta 520 Standard (ST 0.100” thick) in Colors and multiple widths. It is made with B10 webbing, which means that it has a 1,000 lb. per inch of width break strength. So, a 1" strap has a 1,000 lb. break strength, and a 1/2" strap has a 500 lb. break strength.

BioThane comes to us in 100’ rolls. The rolls are not guaranteed to be one continuous piece. BioThane guarantees a maximum of two splices (three pieces) per 100’ roll. The minimum piece length is 10'.
Bulk discounts are per item. To get the 500' discount, you must purchase 500' of one item.
If you purchase two 25' rolls of the same item, we will fulfill the order by sending a single 50' roll.
Orders are normally shipped the day after an order is placed. Choosing expedited shipping does not change when we ship an order.
Returned items will be subject to a restocking fee of 35% for rolls less than 100' and 15% for all others.

Great material for dog collars!
The strap warehouse is one of the better places to order biothane. They have a very good selections where as most places are very minimal on what they carry. Very quick shipping, and a great product!
