Beta is a soft coating that has the look and feel of leather. It has a low gloss or dull appearance. It is soft and very flexible. The leather embossing gives it a leather look. It will hold its flexibility in very cold weather. Beta is a great choice for making dog collars, leads, waist belts, and equine tack.
This page offers Beta 520 Standard (ST 0.100” thick) in Colors and multiple widths. It is made with B10 webbing, which means that it has a 1,000 lb. per inch of width break strength. So, a 1" strap has a 1,000 lb. break strength, and a 1/2" strap has a 500 lb. break strength.

BioThane comes to us in 100’ rolls. The rolls are not guaranteed to be one continuous piece. BioThane guarantees a maximum of two splices (three pieces) per 100’ roll. The minimum piece length is 10'.
Bulk discounts are per item. To get the 500' discount, you must purchase 500' of one item.
If you purchase two 25' rolls of the same item, we will fulfill the order by sending a single 50' roll.
Orders are normally shipped the day after an order is placed. Choosing expedited shipping does not change when we ship an order.
Returned items will be subject to a restocking fee of 35% for rolls less than 100' and 15% for all others.

Ordered one hundred feet, at cost of $47 plus shipping. Arrived in three random size pieces. Was told by company exec that this was a cost saving measure. I needed forty feet to make tracking leashes for dogs. One piece was long enough. Was offered a fifty foot piece, which was shipped as TWO 25' sections, again useless. Bad company, it cares more about itself than it does seeing the customer gets what it wants.
Bought this to make pet products, collars, leashes, prong collar buckles, etc. It shipped out fast, it seems durable, it gets the job done. The only thing I don't like is the smell. It must be aired out for a day or two before use.
Great quality biothane! The color selection is great and Marlin is awesome about communicating with order problems etc. I prefer the standard width biothane because it’s a little lighter! I use my biothane to make leashes and the weight is perfect for small dogs

The biothane beta is incredibly strong, soft to the touch, and easy to work with!
Great dark colors, however the lighter colors I've been receiving have several marks on them that I can't take out or are scraped up on the edges. So, those pieces go to waste.
