Biothane is an excellent material to use for making dog collars.

As an alternative to nylon, Biothane never holds onto moisture, smell, or debris in the same way that fabric collars can.

  • It's protective coating makes it water-resistant, and bothersome debris, like burrs, won’t get caught in the dog collar.

  • Washing the collar is a snap — simply using water and soap is enough to get rid of any mess.

  • Biothane produces very little scrap waste, no matter how many collars you’re making.

As a bonus, it comes in a wide variety of colors, so there’s a collar for almost any taste.
