Double Cap Rivets are two-piece, jiffy-type, rivet sets. Just hammer them together.
The diameter of all tubes is 1/8".
Post Length & Head Diameter
- 1/4" = 9/32"
- 5/16" = 3/8"
- 7/16" = 3/8"
Sold in packs of 100.
When doubling and riveting use the following chart to purchase the correct size rivets:
- Super Heavy 7/16"
- Standard 1/4" or 5/16"
- High Flex 1/4"
- Also use 1/4" if not doubling (adding name plates etc.)
The #7 punch (1/8") works the best for making the holes for these rivets.
