Nickel plated steel #104 tubular rivets for use with the Handyman Press.
Caps and rivets are sold separately. The cap gives the rivet a finished look on both sides. As of 07/30/2024 the caps are a slightly different color than the rivets.
When doubling and riveting use the following chart to purchase the correct size rivets:
- Super Heavy 6/16"
- Standard 5/16"
- High Flex 4/16"
- Also use 4/16" if not doubling (adding name plates etc.)
Some other combinations are:
- Three layers of Standard 6/16" or 7/16" (6/16" is almost too tight, 7/16" is almost too loose)
- One layer of Standard and one layer of Super Heavy 5/16" or 6/16"
- Two layers of Standard and one layer of Super Heavy 7/16"
- Two layers of Adjustable 4/16"
- Three layers of Adjustable 5/16"
These rivets require a rivet press (like the Handyman Press).
All rivets are 9/64" diameter x the length. The caps are 21/64" diameter.
