Special Strap Orders

Can’t find the color you want in the specific width or coating you need? Pre-order special straps!

Pre-orders will be open from the 5th to the 19th of every month.

To place a pre-order with Strap Warehouse, fill out the Pre-Order Form. To place a special order, you need to request at least 100 feet, but when we order from BioThane, we must order a minimum of 1,000 feet. We will combine your orders with other customers to meet that 1,000 foot requirement. Our goal is to make the process of working together to meet that minimum as easy as possible. If 3,000 feet is ordered for one customization combination, the price will be reduced by 25%. You can fill out the form as many times as needed.

Once a pre-order is placed, it cannot be canceled.

Want to order less than 1,000 feet?

If you want to order less than 1,000 feet of a specific color and width, you can fill out a form specifying your desired length. There is a 100-foot minimum.
We will track all pre-orders for each strap color and width. If the total pre-orders for a specific color and width reach 1,000 feet by the end of the Pre-Order Window, the order will be placed.

What if 1,000 feet is not pre-ordered?

If the pre-orders for your specific color and width do not add up to 1,000 feet, and no other customers have pre-ordered the same customizations, you have two options:

Pre-order more: You can increase your pre-order to meet the 1,000 foot minimum. Simply fill out the form again to add to your order.
Cancel pre-order: If the total does not reach 1,000 feet, the order will not be placed.

Once a pre-order is placed, it cannot be changed.

After pre-ordering

Once the pre-orders meet the 1,000-foot minimum and we’ve reached the end of the Pre-Order Window, we will email you a link to a draft order for payment, an order confirmation email, and an email when your order has shipped. Expect shipment within 8-10 weeks of the Pre-Order Window closing.

Payment is expected within 48 hours of the draft order being sent.
